Install Alertiva
Install Alertiva on the devices you want to connect. The Primary User can create and manage the trusted safety network, while Client Users can connect to it using a secure code.
Generate a Secure Code
From the Primary User device, open Generate Code. A unique 6-digit code is created for connecting a Client User's device.
Connect Another Device
On the Client User device, open Connect Device and enter the 6-digit code provided by the Primary User.
Connection Confirmed
Once the code is verified, the Client User's device becomes part of the Primary User's trusted safety network.
Connect More Trusted Devices
The Primary User can repeat the same process to connect additional trusted devices and build a trusted safety network.

When an SOS is triggered, Alertiva is designed to notify connected devices and share available live location information with the trusted safety network.

Alertiva is an Android personal safety app that helps users connect trusted devices and share emergency SOS alerts and available location information with their connected safety network.
How does Alertiva's emergency SOS feature work?
When a user triggers an SOS, Alertiva is designed to notify connected devices. Available location information can be shared with the connected safety network while tracking is active. Delivery and location availability depend on device permissions, connectivity and app settings.
How do I connect a trusted device?
Install Alertiva on the devices you want to connect. A Primary User can generate a temporary connection code, and a Client User can enter that code in the app to join the network. Follow the current in-app instructions to complete setup.
How do I download Alertiva for Android?
Use the Download Alertiva button on this website and follow the instructions on the download page. Review Android's installation prompts and only install the APK obtained from the official Alertiva website.
Does Alertiva share live location?
Alertiva supports location sharing during an active SOS tracking session when the required location permissions and device settings are enabled. Location updates depend on device and network availability.
